The ZLG vibrating fluidized bed dryer is a dryer equipment that utilizes boiling dryer for granulation, coating, and cooling. During operation, the vibratory force provided by the vibration motor causes the material to jump forward on the air distribution plate (perforated plate), while simultaneously contacting the hot air introduced from below the distribution plate, facilitating heat and mass transfer. The lower chamber provides a stable air chamber with a certain pressure for the bed. The induced draft fan is adjusted to maintain a slight negative pressure above the bed material in the upper chamber, maintaining a good dryer environment and preventing dust leakage. The air distribution plate supports the material and ensures uniform distribution of hot air.

Working Principle: The equipment drives the perforated plate through a vibration motor, causing the material to suspend and move forward in the hot air. Hot air passes through the perforated plate from the bottom, carrying away moisture and achieving efficient dryer.

Fluidized bed dryer equipment is an industrial device that utilizes fluidized bed technology to dry granular materials. It is widely used in various fields such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food processing.

Working Principle: Granular solid materials are fed into the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder.  Filtered, heated clean air is blown into the bottom of the fluidized bed by a blower, contacting the solid material and creating a fluidized state, thus achieving heat and mass transfer between the gas and solid. The material undergoes sufficient heat exchange and dryer in the fluidized bed. The dried material is discharged from the discharge port, while the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed.

Application Scope

Fluidized bed dryers are suitable for various fields, including pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, food processing, grain processing, and animal feed.
