The HZG rotary drum dryer equipment is a dryer device designed based on the principle of heat conduction. The material and hot air flow in a counter-current direction, with the feeding end inclined at an angle of 3-5° higher than the discharge end to facilitate material discharge. The dryer drum is placed on four rollers on a platform, and the rotation of the drum is driven by a sprocket and chain. The inner wall of the drum is equipped with baffles without dead corners, allowing the material to be gently lifted and scattered multiple times during rotation, ensuring sufficient contact with the hot air and improving thermal efficiency. The drum speed (0.6-6 r/min) is used to adjust the dryer time of the material in the drum, thereby adjusting the production capacity.
Application Areas
1. Feedstuffs: Yeast, starch slurry, glucose, monosodium glutamate, lithopone, whitening agents, bone glue, whole milk, skimmed milk, α-starch, animal glue, whey, milk powder, plant gum, antibiotics, lactose, etc.;
2. Chemicals: Sodium nitrite, sulfur blue, sulfur yellow, light calcium carbonate, sodium benzoate, tribasic aluminum sulfate, oxalic acid, coal powder, direct blue, sodium bicarbonate, basic zinc carbonate, chromium sulfate, activated carbon, sulfur green, calcium acetate, copper sulfate, etc.;
3. Waste Utilization: Municipal sludge, electroplating sludge, papermaking black liquor, distillation waste liquid, humic acid, etc.
