Centrifugal Atomizer Speed:For centrifugal spray dryers, if the atomizer head speed is too low, it leads to insufficient evaporation. It is essential to check if the internal components of the atomizer head are functioning normally and ensure the speed is maintained within the range of 16,000 - 30,000 rpm.

Proper parameter setting is crucial for drying effectiveness and equipment stability.
Inlet/Outlet Temperature Control:** Drying temperature is the most critical factor affecting the powder's physicochemical properties.
Typical Inlet Air Temperatures:** 180-220°C for aqueous materials, 150-180°C for oil-based materials, 120-150°C for heat-sensitive materials.
Outlet Air Temperature:** Should typically be 50-80°C lower than the inlet air temperature.

Here are solutions for frequent product problems:
·Product Moisture Content Too High:
Main Cause: Exhaust air temperature is too low.
Solution: Appropriately reduce the feed rate to raise the exhaust air temperature.
·Low Product Purity / Excessive Impurities:
Possible Causes: Ineffective air filtration, incorporation of accumulated powder, low raw material purity, inadequate equipment cleaning.
Solution: Check filters and for charred powder at the hot air inlet, filter the feed liquid before spraying, and clean the equipment thoroughly.
·Product Particles Too Fine / Severe Powder Loss:
Cause: Solid content in feed is too low or feed rate is too small.
Solution: Increase the solid content of the feed liquid, increase the feed rate, and raise the inlet air temperature.
Operational Issues

Blockages most commonly occur in three areas:
·Atomizer/Nozzle Blockage:
Symptoms: Abnormal surge in feed pump pressure, increased outlet temperature of the drying tower, sharp drop in tower internal pressure.
Causes: Undissolved solid particles in the feed, excessively high solid content/viscosity, long-term wear of the atomizer.
Prevention: Use multi-stage filtration before feeding (mesh diameter ≤ 0.2 times nozzle aperture), adjust feed concentration/viscosity, clean the nozzle immediately after daily use.
·Drying Tower Wall Sticking/Scaling:
Symptoms: Visible, gradually thickening layer of accumulated material on the tower wall, continuous decline in product yield.
Causes: Excessive feed rate, insufficient pre-heating of the drying chamber before spraying, unstable feed flow.
Solution: Appropriately reduce feed rate, increase hot air inlet/outlet temperatures, start with a low spray flow and gradually increase.
·Gas-Solid Separation System & Pipeline Blockage:
Symptoms: Significant drop in overall system pressure, no powder discharge from the cyclone separator outlet.
Causes: Related to material properties and exhaust gas conditions.
Solution: Regularly inspect the cyclone separator for deformation, inlet/outlet airtightness, and internal wall buildup.
