The SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double-conical rotating tank.  Under vacuum conditions, heat transfer oil or hot water is introduced into the jacket for heating. The heat is transferred to the wet material through the inner wall of the tank. The water vapor evaporated from the wet material after absorbing heat is drawn away by a vacuum pump through a vacuum exhaust pipe. Because the tank is under vacuum and the rotation of the tank causes the material to constantly move up and down, inside and out, the dryer speed is accelerated, the dryer efficiency is improved, and uniform dryer is achieved. The double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a new type of dryer that integrates mixing and dryer. A condenser and vacuum pump are used in conjunction with the dryer to form a vacuum dryer device. (If solvent recovery is not required, the condenser can be omitted.) The single cone vacuum ribbon dryer is a highly efficient and energy-saving dryer equipment, suitable for dryer granular, paste-like, and heat-sensitive materials. Working Principle
