The DW belt dryer is a continuous dryer equipment used for batch production, suitable for dryer sheet-like, strip-like, and granular materials with good air permeability. It is particularly suitable for materials with high moisture content and where high material temperatures are not allowed, such as dehydrated vegetables and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces. This series of dryers has the advantages of fast dryer speed, high evaporation intensity, and good product quality. For paste-like materials such as dewatered filter cakes, dryer is also possible after granulation into rod-shaped particles.

The JYG hollow paddle dryer is an indirect conduction heating type dryer equipment, suitable for processing paste-like, powder, and granular materials with good thermal stability. With special configurations, it can be used to process heat-sensitive materials, materials requiring solvent recovery during dryer, and materials requiring dryer under low vacuum. The paddle dryer can also be used with a cooling medium for cooling powder and granular materials, and for cooling and crystallization of certain special materials. The ZPG vacuum rake dryer is an ideal choice for processing heat-sensitive, easily oxidized, or solvent-containing materials, especially suitable for the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. Its core advantage lies in its enclosed dryer environment, which effectively recovers organic solvents and prevents dust dispersion.
The working principle involves reducing the pressure inside the cylinder to -0.09~0.096MPa using a vacuum pump. Hot water or heat transfer oil at 130-140℃ is introduced into the jacket layer, and the hollow stirring shaft simultaneously conducts heat. The rake teeth rotate in both directions at a speed of 6-30 rpm to continuously stir the material, ensuring continuous contact between the material and the heated surface. The vaporized moisture is discharged through a vacuum pipeline, and the organic solvent is recovered by a condensation system.

The PLG disc dryer is a highly efficient and energy-saving conductive continuous dryer equipment that achieves continuous dryer of materials through multi-layer hollow heating discs. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and other industries. Its core advantages lie in its high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small footprint, and ability to handle heat-sensitive materials and solvent recovery applications. The working principle is that wet material is continuously fed from the top feeder into the upper small dryer disc of the dryer. The rake arms drive the rake blades to stir the material, causing it to flow along an exponential spiral path across the surface of the dryer disc. The material falls from the outer edge of the upper small disc, moves inward, and enters the next layer of discs through the central discharge port. The large and small discs are arranged alternately, forming a continuous flow path. The heating medium enters from one end and exits from the other end for circulation. The evaporated moisture is discharged through the top moisture outlet or removed by a vacuum pump.

The TG drum scraper dryer is an internally heated, conductive, rotating continuous dryer equipment. The rotating drum, through its lower feed trough, adheres a layer of material film. Heat is transferred through pipes to the inner wall of the drum, then conducted to the outer wall, and finally to the material film, causing the moisture in the film to evaporate and dry the wet material. The dried material is scraped off the drum surface by a scraper and transferred to a screw conveyor located below the scraper. The screw conveyor then collects and packages the dried material. This machine is suitable for dryer liquid or viscous materials in chemical, dye, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgical, and other industries.
