Quality Control
1. Design Control: Before design, sampling tests are conducted as much as possible. Technical personnel conduct scientific and reasonable designs based on the user's specific requirements and the actual test results, and prepare process cards for equipment manufacturing.
2. Procurement Control: Establish a list of suppliers, and conduct strict inspections and comparisons of suppliers, adhering to the principle of high quality and reasonable price, and establishing supplier files.
3. Production Control: Production must be based on technical documents, and each processed qualified product must be marked. Key components must be clearly marked to ensure product traceability.
4. Inspection Control
(1) Raw materials and purchased and outsourced parts are inspected by dedicated inspection personnel. For large batches, sampling inspection can be performed, but the sampling rate shall not be less than 30%. Critical and precision purchased and outsourced parts must be inspected. (2) Self-made parts must undergo self-inspection, mutual inspection, and re-inspection. Only those that pass all inspections will be considered qualified products.
(3) For finished products that can be assembled and started up in the factory, a start-up test run will be conducted in the factory. Only those that pass the test will be allowed to leave the factory. For products that cannot be assembled in the factory, rigorous inspections must be conducted in stages. A certificate of conformity will be issued only after the product is installed and successfully tested at the customer's factory.
