XSG Rotary Flash Dryer Equipment Details

The XSG rotary flash dryer is a highly efficient dryer equipment that integrates dryer, crushing, and screening functions. It is suitable for the dehydration of high-viscosity, heat-sensitive materials in chemical, food, ceramic, and other industries.

Its working principle is based on the rapid and thorough contact between hot air and wet materials to achieve rapid dryer. Specifically, hot air enters the bottom of the dryer tangentially, while the agitator starts working, creating a powerful rotating airflow. Wet materials are fed into the dryer through a screw feeder. In the high-speed rotating environment, the materials are subjected to strong impact, friction, and shear forces from the agitator blades. This not only rapidly disperses the material, but also breaks down large lumps into smaller particles, allowing for sufficient contact with the hot air for heating and dryer. The product meeting the required particle size is then separated by a classifier.

MQG Airflow dryer Equipment Details

Airflow dryer equipment is a continuous dryer system that utilizes a high-speed hot air stream to suspend and dry wet materials.  It is suitable for the rapid dryer of heat-sensitive, fine-grained materials, with dryer times of only 0.5-2 seconds and thermal efficiency reaching 60%-90%.
