The WYPG series horizontal pressure spray dryer is a compact dryer equipment that adopts a horizontal structure design, integrating atomization, dryer, and dust removal processes into a single chamber. It occupies a small footprint and is easy to clean internally. Its heat recovery system can significantly reduce energy consumption and improve overall heat utilization efficiency.
Unlike conventional vertical structures, the WYPG series horizontal pressure spray dryer uses a horizontal structure to save factory space. The equipment has a compact structure and uses either a sprocket and chain scraper structure or a conical discharge port. The dryer chamber is a rectangular structure lying horizontally on the ground. Raw materials are fed into one side of the tower through a high-pressure pump and high-pressure spray gun under high-pressure atomization. Hot air on the same side fully contacts the atomized liquid, completing the dryer process in a very short time. The finished product falls onto the bottom plate (or hopper) due to gravity. The material on the plate is then transferred to the collection port via a scraper (or through a screw conveyor at the bottom of the hopper to the subsequent packaging system). The exhaust gas is discharged after being filtered by a bag filter on the other side.

2. Food: Egg yolk powder, protein powder, blood cell and plasma protein powder, health food, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, etc.;
3. Chemicals: Plastic resins, citric acid, etc.
