It produces spherical particles with a concentrated particle size distribution and good water solubility. The raw material is atomized by a high-pressure pump and mixed with hot air from the top of the dryer tower for simultaneous dryer. The pressure and flow rate of the liquid pump and the size of the spray nozzle are designed according to the product process requirements, determining the size of the spherical particles. The granular product is discharged from the bottom of the dryer tower, and the dried humid air is discharged after dust removal through a dust collection system via the central air outlet pipe.
