BXPG Series Closed-Loop Spray Dryer Equipment

The BXPG series closed-loop spray dryer system operates in a sealed environment isolated from the air, making it suitable for dryer materials containing organic solvents, toxic materials, or easily oxidized materials. The closed dryer equipment uses an inert gas as the circulating gas, typically nitrogen (N2) instead of air. Based on the LPG centrifugal spray dryer equipment, this system has been further developed to better suit the properties of special materials and meet customer process technology requirements.

The inert gas protects the material during the hot air dryer process. The circulating gas undergoes a humidification and dehumidification process, and the condensed dryer medium can be recycled. Nitrogen (N2) is heated by a heater and enters the dryer tower. Inside the dryer tower, it fully mixes with the atomized droplets to complete the heat and mass transfer process. The dried powdered material is discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the tower. The evaporated organic solvent gas, under the negative pressure of the fan, separates the dust entrained in the gas through a cyclone separator, and then the dust is removed by a spray water bath dust collector. The saturated organic solvent gas is condensed into liquid by a condenser and discharged from the condenser. The non-condensable gas medium is continuously heated and recycled within the system as a dryer carrier. Because the dryer materials are flammable, explosive, and easily oxidized, explosion-proof closed-loop centrifugal spray dryer equipment is used; all motors are explosion-proof. Since the dryer medium in the dryer system is N2 and the internal operation is under positive pressure, a certain positive pressure value needs to be maintained. If the internal pressure drops during the dryer process, a pressure transmitter is used to automatically control the N2 input to ensure system pressure balance.
